For weddings and larger events, we’d recommend booking 6–12 months ahead, particularly for peak summer dates. For smaller private parties, 6–8 weeks is often enough, though earlier is always better for availability.
In most cases, yes. We assess ground conditions as part of the site visit and can use appropriate flooring and levelling solutions. If a site is particularly challenging, we’ll tell you honestly before you book.
Yes — we regularly anchor and weight marquees for more exposed coastal sites and will recommend the right anchoring method (stakes, water weights, or a combination) based on ground type and exposure.
Furniture is available as an add-on to any marquee hire. We’ll put together a full quote covering the marquee and any furniture, flooring, lighting or heating you need so there’s one clear price.
Our marquees are fully weatherproof and designed for the British climate. Flooring, guttering between linked structures, and appropriate anchoring all form part of a standard installation, so rain shouldn’t affect your event.
