Which marquee suits a wedding best?
Use this guide to match marquee type to season, ground and guest experience.

Clear Span (best all-round choice)
Ideal for: all seasons, grass or hard standing, 50–140+ guests.
Why: no internal poles, so you get an uninterrupted dining and dancing space; takes linings beautifully for a classic wedding look.

Capri (summer garden weddings)
Ideal for: late spring to early autumn, grass only, 50–160 guests.
Why: light, airy feel with elegant curves; perfect for countryside or back-garden receptions.

Pagoda (ceremony, reception & bar areas)
Ideal for: entrances, registries, drinks receptions, lounge/bar zones, or micro-weddings.
Why: striking high-peak roof adds impact; modular 6m x 6m units combine well with a main marquee.

Frequently asked questions
How far in advance should we book?
For peak dates (May–September), 3–6 months is sensible; we can sometimes accommodate shorter lead times.
Can you install on hard standing?
Yes. Clear Span marquees are ideal for patios, tennis courts and car parks. Capri is for grass only.
How many guests will each marquee take?
As a guide: Clear Span suits 50–140+ seated; Capri 50–160 seated in summer; Pagodas work for 24–54 seated or as ceremony/bar zones.
Do you visit the site?
Yes. We carry out a site check to confirm access, ground conditions and sizing before installation.
What about power, heating and lighting?
We’ll specify safe power distribution and add heaters and lighting to suit your schedule and season.
Can we combine styles?
Absolutely. A common wedding plan is a Clear Span for dining and dancing, with a Pagoda for welcome drinks and a Gazebo for the caterers.
